About Me…

Born in the UK, I moved to Berlin in 2012 to work in the music industry. After years spent in high-stress jobs and living in a foreign country, a burn-out and severe chronic pain propelled me into some more radical lifestyle changes. This path eventually led me to discover somatic work, in particular BioDynamic Breathwork.

Understanding that trauma that was still showing up in my body had been the very root of my symptoms led me to take a new approach to recovery. After years spent searching for answers through psychotherapy, I had never managed to find consistent and sustained relief from my symptoms. I quickly realised that talk therapy, whilst necessary and helpful, could only get me part of the way. Through breathwork, I experienced quicker and more effective healing of these old emotions than ever before. After experiencing first-hand how life-changing this work could be, I realised that my passion was for helping others with similar experiences.

I am so grateful to be able to offer the life-changing benefits of this powerful modality to others - connecting deeply with people is profoundly fulfilling for me, and I can’t wait to start this journey with you.


Experience & Qualifications

I am certified as an Advanced Professional Practitioner with BBTRS® - one of the longest and most rigorous breathwork training programmes available. I am a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA) which represents the most highly-qualified and ethically trained practitioners.

I have also participated in various workshops and trainings in Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Coaching and Somatic Bodywork, Family Constellations, and am currently in training as a Neurodiversity Coach with Attuned Approach (UK) - accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC).
