Embodied support for living more fully as yourself.
Neuro-affirming support for newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, and self-identified ADHD, AuDHD, and Autistic women and teenage girls.
No fixing. No forcing. Just a welcoming space to understand what helps.
Ways we can work together
Support built around the way you think.
There’s no one right way to be. We begin with your life as it is, making room for self-acceptance and a kinder story about who you are.
What it feels like
A little more clarity, one conversation at a time.
Our work is collaborative, curious and paced to you. We look for what already supports you, and make more room for it.
Rather than following a fixed session plan, our work together is guided by whatever feels most important for you on the day. This neuroaffirming approach recognises that your needs, energy, and capacity can vary from day to day.
Instead of expecting you to fit into a set structure, we adapt the session to you, creating a flexible, supportive space where you can bring whatever is most present.
Together, we'll gently question the stories that have left you feeling like you're too much, not enough, or somehow wrong.
Through compassionate reframing, you'll begin to write a new narrative - one that reflects who you truly are, honours your strengths, and helps you move forward with greater self-understanding and self-acceptance.
We'll build a way of living that works with you - one that can adapt and grow alongside your needs, your energy, and the different seasons of your life.
Rather than striving for consistency or trying to fit into someone else's expectations, we'll create sustainable ways of supporting you that honour who you are, helping you move through life's changes with greater confidence, self-trust, and ease.
A calm first step
