About Louie

An embodied approach to support

Hi, I’m Louie. I was late diagnosed with AuDHD so I know what it’s like to spend much of your life without the understanding of yourself that you needed all along.

Discovering my own neurodivergence changed how I understood myself and the way I navigate the world. Now, I feel privileged to support other neurodivergent people with their own journeys of self-understanding and self-acceptance.

My approach is warm, curious and embodied, with plenty of room for humour. I believe we can explore meaningful things without taking ourselves too seriously.

I love helping people understand themselves more deeply, recognise their strengths and create lives that work for them.
