COACHING FOR NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS & young people
Neurodiversity Coaching
Coaching for ADHD, AuDHD & autism
Neuro-affirming means that we work with the fundamental belief that you don’t need to be 'fixed' or that there is anything inherently 'wrong' with you.
Coaching is about getting to know how your own brain and nervous system works, so that you can build a life for that fits you, and enables you to be….you.
Through our work together, you will discover a new way of seeing and understanding yourself, and a new language in which to communicate your needs. You will get to know and understand yourself on a deeper level, building self-esteem and trust.
You might be here if:
• You were diagnosed as an adult, or you suspect that you are
neurodivergent
• You’re burnt out and tired of pushing through
• You’ve spent years masking and aren’t sure who you are underneath
• You want support that doesn’t treat you as a problem to be solved
• You want to finally accept yourself and find understanding for you past
• You want to find a sustainable way to continue working
I coach using a trauma-informed framework built around understanding how your brain and nervous system work, and adjusting accordingly. Sessions are led by you. There’s no script and no one-size-fits-all plan. We go at your pace, and we work on what matters to you.
I have a warm and empathetic approach, and there is plenty of space for humour! Think of it like meeting for a cosy chat with a trusted friend who's got your best interests at heart - and is your biggest cheerleader.
Where it helps, I can also introduce somatic tools as part of our sessions, as a way to support your nervous system.

Testimonials
I was lucky to have ADHD coaching with Louie through The ADHD Coaching Agency. I’ve always been a fast learner and a multitasker, but this past year I’ve struggled with task blindness, executive dysfunction and RSD, and even simple admin felt impossible. Over six 1-1 sessions, Louie got me. She gave me great coping skills and helped me break tasks down. The highlight was working through a DBT neurodiversity workbook, where I realised I’d had sensory needs my whole life and had just been told to “get on with it.” My daughter also has ADHD, and hers shows up differently to mine, so we used to argue a lot. We did six mother-daughter sessions, and now we talk like calm adults, get our points across and embrace each other’s quirks. Our relationship has gone from strength to strength, and I’m truly grateful. If you’re in two minds about coaching, bite the bullet and do it. You won’t regret it! — JN
Coaching sessions have helped me tremendously. I was diagnosed age 43 with ADHD and Autism, and I struggle with a lot day to day. Years of talk therapy had not helped. I have now found small ways to improve my life (quickly!) and gain a better understanding for myself and my needs. It's such a relief to speak with someone who actually gets it. Thank you so much. — LS
